The protection of your personal data is important to us. This website collects as little personal data as possible. We do not use cookies, tracking, or analytics tools such as Google Analytics. No data is collected or shared for advertising purposes.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Baxter St, Los Angeles, CA 90012, USA). When you visit the website, technical data is automatically collected by the web server (so-called server log files). This includes:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Requested page/URL
- Browser and operating system used
This data is required for the technical operation of the website and is automatically deleted after a short period. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
Vercel may process data in the USA. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Database
For managing event content, we use Supabase Inc. (San Francisco, USA) as our database service provider. Supabase stores the website content (events, texts, settings). Personal data of visitors is not stored there.
Only administrator accounts (for website management) are stored with Supabase. This is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
5. Google Fonts
This website uses fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you access the website, a connection to Google's servers is established to load the fonts. In this process, your IP address is transmitted to Google.
This usage is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website). For more information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
6. YouTube and Vimeo (Videos)
On individual event pages, videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) or Vimeo (Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA) may be embedded. When a video is played, a connection to the respective provider's servers is established. In this process, your IP address is transmitted.
Videos are only loaded when you open an event that contains a video. The embedding is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. External Links
The website contains links to Google Maps (to display the event location) and Google Calendar (to add events to your calendar). These links open external websites in a new window. Data is only transmitted to Google when you click on these links.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
